ONLINE BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: Join us for the H&M Online Auction starting Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. (EST) and concluding Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. (EST). The auction will extend for one (1) minute with active bidding; if no bids are placed within 1 minute, the auction will close. If you can’t be present, set a maximum bid, and our system will competitively bid up to your limit. Ensure you have a MyH&M account and an active internet connection to participate. EARNEST MONEY: The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the total purchase price down as the earnest money binder.
TERMS OF SALE: Bidders will receive notifications by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 24, 2024, regarding the acceptance of their bids. Accepted bids will prompt an emailed Purchase and Sale Agreement, which must be executed and returned with the 10% earnest money by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 25, 2024. Earnest money can be paid via check or wire transfer, with wiring instructions provided upon notification.
